Advance
registration is strongly recommended. Runners
are encouraged to pick-up packets on Friday, August 1, at the YWCA
facility. Registration is also available
on the day of the event. No race packets
will be held for registrants unable to attend on race day. NO REFUNDS.

Participants
are not required to bench. Men lift 100
percent of body weight and women lift 60 percent. Each repetition equals 30 seconds off your 5K
time. Participants must be at least 13
years old to lift.
Ceremony
will follow the 5k run. Must be present. No
awards will be mailed. No duplication of
awards.
