Youth Basic Training

This one-hour class is designed to teach 13 -15-year-olds the basics of aerobic exercise, strength training and gym etiquette.  Upon completion of the training program, students are able to use the fitness center with a family or junior rec pass.


When: Every 2nd Saturday of the month at 12pm.

This program is FREE with your YWCA rec pass membership!
