The YWCA offers three types of yoga classes for all ages and abilities.

Gentle yoga: Appropriate for all fitness levels. This class is an introduction to basic yoga poses and no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Fit yoga: A fitness-focused, more vigorous yoga class that will improve your stamina, strength and flexibility.

Meditative yoga: Focuses on breathing and being present and aware of your mind and body while moving through yoga poses.
