It’s the perfect time to get connected to fitness, fun, and community.

Why Water Aerobics?

Water aerobics allows every joint and muscle to be used simultaneously. Water aerobics can be done no matter your age, weight, or physical fitness level because water keeps the body buoyant and therefore does not unduly stress the joints and muscles.

Aquatic exercise can also have several health benefits, such as improved heart health, reduced stress, and improved muscular endurance and strength. Exercising in the water can be a great way to include physical activity in your life and may also be a beneficial way for older adults to stay active.
