Join Howard for this intense workout! Bootcamp mixes traditional calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with interval and strength training. It also includes various forms of skipping, jumping rope, and sprinting that involve bursts of high-intensity work.

A non-stop dance fitness workout that will increase your cardio endurance! This high-energy workout incorporates easy-to-follow rhythmic moves, and some routines may include basic HIIT (high-intensity interval training). Gentle/Beginner Yoga

Gentle yoga is performed at a slower pace with simple positions and extended time for meditation. This class is perfect for all ages.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT is a training technique in which you give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Indoor cycle classes are as exhilarating as they are challenging. The benefits of our indoor cycle classes include weight loss, improved strength, and endurance. Indoor cycling is also ideal for people who want a cardio workout without putting too much stress on their joints.

This class is a 90-minute full-body session with Pilates pulses using resistance bands and light hand weights and is designed to promote core fitness, flexibility, good posture, and body awareness.
Silver Sneakers Classic
Tuesday and Thursday, 9-10 am

Colleen
Have fun and move to the music through various exercises designed to help older adults increase muscle strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted depending on your fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.

This class is designed for older adults, and exercises are performed while sitting in a chair or using a chair for balance.
Tae Kwon Do
Learn the kicks, blocks, and strikes of traditional Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do. This style of karate is taught primarily for self-defense, but students also gain physical fitness, increased awareness, and self-assurance in a non-competitive environment. This class is designed for those ages 16-100!
Participants must be registered before going to class.

We offer three types of yoga classes. Honor your body and give it an hour of stretch, strength, and relaxation. We proudly and enthusiastically offer:

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness class.

Locker Rentals
All of our locker rooms have toilet and shower facilities, changing areas, and lockers. These lockers may be used in two ways:
- Free daily use: Rent a locker on a day-by-day basis. Your locker must be emptied when you leave the facility.
- Yearly rental: Rent a locker for a year. Your items may be left in the locker, ready for you when you use the facility.
Annual locker rental rates:
$25 for tote locker (12”x12”x14”)
$40 for half locker (12”x35”x14”)
$75 for full lockers (12”x72”x14”)
Refunds are not given on locker rentals. Locks are not to be left on any locker unless it has been rented.
